Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at  callismichaila@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at callismichaila@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your order has been marked as fulfilled and a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you are welcome to return the item once received in accordance with our return policy below.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will allow a refund and 10% discount code for future use.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
